From initial screening to the grand finale — here's how teams progress through the 2026 KM Research Proposal Competition.
The submissions via Google Form will be evaluated from the rubric given.
Online Pitching via Zoom. Teams present their posters and pitching to our judges for 5 minutes.
Hosted at ICS Bangkok. Top 10 teams showcase their research in a public exhibition and pitch for 7 minutes.

Submit your research abstract. All submissions are evaluated from the rubric given for the Preliminary Round.
Pitch Date: July 25, 2026 | Results: August 9, 2026
50 teams with the highest score will create a poster about their research proposal. They will present their poster and proposals via Zoom to a expert judges. There will be 5 minutes for participants to present and 5 minutes Q&A session asked by our judges.
Finals: August 22, 2026
Top 10 finalists will come to International Community School Bangkok. Presentation slides are required for the Final Pitching. There will also be an exhibition session in the morning and then pitching in the afternoon. For the onsite pitching, participants will get 7 minutes to present their slides and follow 7 minutes of Q&A session with our expert judges. Winners are to be announced after every team has presented their pitching. There will be a total of 4 awards, Champion, 1st Runner Up, 2nd Runner Up, and Popular Vote.
